Ohio v. Akron Reprod. Health Ctr

In Ohio v. Akron Reprod. Health Ctr., 497 U.S. 502, 510, 111 L. Ed. 2d 405, 110 S. Ct. 2972 (1990), the Supreme Court held that a process that could last up to twenty-days was not unconstitutional on its face, and that it had previously upheld a bypass procedure "that could require 17 calendar days plus a sufficient time for deliberation and decisionmaking at both the trial and appellate levels." (497 U.S. at 514).
