In Antwerp Diamond Exchange of America v. Better Business Bureau of Maricopa County, Inc., 130 Ariz. 523, 637 P.2d 733 (1981), the plaintiff was in the business of selling diamonds and precious stones to customers it generated through advertising and solicitation. 130 Ariz. at 525-26, 637 P.2d at 735-36. The supreme court did not focus on the requirement of a business relationship, but stated that "purchasers" might be dissuaded from doing business with the plaintiff. Id. at 530, 637 P.2d at 740.
