In Hays v. Fischer, 161 Ariz. 159, 166, 777 P.2d 222, 229 (App. 1989), the Court stated the record showed unmistakably that the attorney represented the client and had the client's authority to enter into the settlement agreement. Id. The Court then stated Rule 80(d) did not apply when "the only issue was whether client was bound by the settlement agreement" and the agreement in question was not disputed. Id. B
