Premier Financial Services v. Citibank

In Premier Financial Services v. Citibank, 185 Ariz. 80, 912 P.2d 1309 (App. 1995) the Court found that a transfer of funds from the owners of a certificate of deposit to their daughter was fraudulent despite the daughter's testimony that she previously had given the funds to her parents and they were merely returning the money. The court concluded that the timing of that transfer during litigation against the parents and other circumstances surrounding the transfer indicated the parties' intent was to defraud creditors.
