Rhodes v. El Rancho Markets

In Rhodes v. El Rancho Markets, 4 Ariz. App. 183, 184-85, 418 P.2d 613, 614-15 (1966) a plaintiff had slipped on lettuce in the produce department of a supermarket. The Court noted the store employees spent more time than in other parts of the store "sweeping and picking up in the produce department because of the nature of the 'stuff' that falls to the floor" and that employees "constantly picked things up" in that area.
