State ex rel. Corbin v. Tocco

In State ex rel. Corbin v. Tocco, 173 Ariz. 587, 594, 845 P.2d 513, 520 (App. 1992), Tocco challenged the "relevancy of 4.5 specific hours of time billed and of 42.2 hours of billings in general" and additionally asserted "'the billings submitted may contain items which are irrelevant or immaterial.'" Tocco, 173 Ariz. at 594-95, 845 P.2d at 520-21. The court found that the challenges to the specific time entries were proper, but that the generalized objection was insufficient to demonstrate the affidavit contained irrelevant or immaterial items.
