In State v. Kiser, 26 Ariz. App. 106, 110-11, 546 P.2d 831, 835-36 (1976), the Court noted "the question of whether a defendant was induced to commit a crime against his natural inclinations must be answered in part by examining what the officers actually did in the particular case." But we also stated "entrapment is not proved as a matter of law solely by reference to the objective character of police conduct." Id. at 110, 546 P.2d at 835. "The guilt or innocence of a criminal defendant should instead depend as far as possible on his own conduct and intent." Id.
