In State v. Nichols, 201 Ariz. 234, P1, 33 P.3d 1172, P1 (App. 2001) the Court held that "the fact of drug-sale income greater than $ 25,000 under A.R.S. 13-3410(A) must be found by a jury beyond a reasonable doubt."
