State v. Strong

In State v. Strong, 185 Ariz. 248, 914 P.2d 1340 (App. 1995), the defendant stole money from a restaurant, and was charged with theft and two counts of armed robbery. Another panel of this court held that, because "there was only one theft committed by defendant, i.e., the taking of the money from the restaurant safe," only one armed robbery occurred, regardless of the number of people threatened in the course of the robbery.
