In Tennen v. Lane, 149 Ariz. 94, 97, 716 P.2d 1031, 1034 (App. 1985), the Court reversed a directed verdict in a legal malpractice action because the plaintiff's evidence created a genuine question of material fact on whether the attorney's negligence proximately caused her damages. The Court also stated that proximate cause is a jury question unless reasonable persons could not differ on that issue. Id.
