Creutz v. Superior Court

In Creutz v. Superior Court (1996) 49 Cal.App.4th 822, a defendant charged with sexual molestation admitted he may have touched the victim while bathing her, but denied any wrongdoing or intent to fondle the child. The court found these statements were not a confession because they did not establish the defendant intended to touch the victim for his sexual gratification. (Id. at p. 832.)
