Division of Labor Standards Enforcement v. Williams

In Division of Labor Standards Enforcement v. Williams (1981) 121 Cal.App.3d 302, the Court of Appeal on a summary judgment upheld an arbitrator's finding that a labor agreement constituted a voluntary written agreement allowing the practice of crediting meals toward the minimum wage requirement, despite the fact the agreement did not expressly "sanction" the use of a meal credit allowance.
