Housing Authority of City of Los Angeles (2007) 152 Cal.App.4th 720, the appellate court reversed the denial of a new trial motion on damages because the defendant conceded and the undisputed evidence established that the plaintiff was entitled to a credit for certain work performed pursuant to change orders.
