Fuller v. Tucker

In Fuller v. Tucker (2000) 84 Cal.App.4th 1163, the court stated: "The trial court's conclusion that the Fuller's Doe Amendment was untimely rests upon the trial court's interpretation of Code of Civil Procedure section 474 and the trial court's factual findings. To the extent the trial court drew legal conclusions, we review the conclusions de novo. To the extent the court made factual findings, we review them to determine if they are supported by substantial evidence." ( Id. at p. 1169.)
