Gerwin v. Southeastern Cal. Assn. of Seventh Day Adventists

In Gerwin v. Southeastern Cal. Assn. of Seventh Day Adventists (1971) 14 Cal. App. 3d 209, the appellate court reversed a trial court award of lost profits for a new business on the grounds of insufficient evidence where the plaintiff failed to introduce evidence of the operating history of comparative businesses in the locality.
