Huenergardt v. Huenergardt

In Huenergardt v. Huenergardt (1963) 218 Cal. App. 2d 455, a plaintiff filed an appeal from an order requiring her attorney to pay money to defendant. The Court of Appeal held that plaintiff was not aggrieved by the order, and that the question regarding the sanction imposed against plaintiff's attorney was not properly before it upon plaintiff's appeal.
