In re Christopher R

In In re Christopher R. (2014) 225 Cal.App.4th 1210, the Court found that the decision to remove the children from the care and custody of the mother was supported by substantial evidence based on the mother's use of cocaine during the last months of her pregnancy, which "confirmed her poor judgment and willingness to endanger her children's safety due to substance abuse." (In re Christopher R., supra, 225 Cal.App.4th at p. 1219.)
