In re James T

In In re James T. (1987) 190 Cal. App. 3d 58, the appellate court held the juvenile court erred in ordering removal of a 16-year-old minor, whose mother had difficulty holding a job and supporting the minor, where there was no evidence the conflicts between the minor and his mother resulted in extreme anxiety, depression, withdrawal, or untoward aggressive behavior, and the juvenile court failed to consider less drastic measures such as monitoring placement with the mother.
