In In re Jonathon S. (2005) 129 Cal.App.4th 334, the appellate court found untimely a mother's argument, made in her appeal from an order terminating her parental rights, that it should reverse earlier orders of the juvenile court for that court's failure to give notice in accordance with the Indian Child Welfare Act (25 U.S.C. 1901 et seq.) throughout the proceedings.
