In In re Liam L. (2000) 84 Cal.App.4th 739, the Court held a father executing a voluntary declaration of paternity is entitled to presumed father status because Family Code section 7611 includes references to the statutory provisions regarding voluntary declarations of paternity as a way that a man may achieve presumed father status.
