In re Marriage of Justice

In In re Marriage of Justice (1984) 157 Cal.App.3d 82, the court issued a postjudgment order requiring a city pension board to pay a wife a portion of the husband's pension. The court held that the husband had standing to appeal this order because his monetary rights to the full pension were "injuriously affected by the order in an immediate, pecuniary and substantial manner." (Id. at p. 86, fn. 4.)
