In re Marriage of Tusinger

In In re Marriage of Tusinger (1985) 170 Cal. App. 3d 80, the husband argued that he was not served with the summons and complaint because the mail was signed for by his mother, not by him. The appellate court rejected that argument, finding that other evidence in the record supported the trial court's finding the husband actually received the summons and complaint. ( Id. at pp. 82-83.)
