In In re Precious D. (2010) 189 Cal.App.4th 1251, Precious (the minor) was continually and repeatedly engaging in sexually promiscuous behavior and was disruptive and incorrigible in her foster placement and at school. However, there was no evidence the mother ever minimized or denied that her daughter had problems. Rather, the mother was fully engaged with the Department in attempting to address the problems, but acknowledged she was ill-equipped to handle Precious's special needs. (Id. at pp. 1255-1257.)
