Kings County Farm Bureau v. City of Hanford

In Kings County Farm Bureau v. City of Hanford (1990) 221 Cal. App. 3d 692, the Fifth District said that absent some data indicating the volume of groundwater used by all projects, it was impossible to evaluate whether cumulative impacts were significant. ( Id. at pp. 729-730.) However, in that case the agency concluded the cumulative impacts were insignificant, and therefore the absence of detail created a risk that a significant impact was being ignored or minimized.
