Krieger v. Pacific Gas & Electric Co

In Krieger v. Pacific Gas & Electric Co. (1981) 119 Cal.App.3d 137, a landowner sued PG&E for damages and a permanent injunction to prevent PG&E from lining with gunite a section of a ditch that crossed the landowner's property. (Id. at p. 141.) The "essential controversy" in that case was whether PG&E's "easement rights to the ditch ... encompassed the right to line the earthen ditch with the concrete-like gunite." (Ibid.)
