In Lu v. Dryclean-U.S.A. of California, Inc. (1992) 11 Cal.App.4th 1490, the Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court's order dismissing the action based upon a forum selection clause. Again, almost identical to the clause presented in this case, the forum selection clause in Lu provided: " 'any and all litigation that may arise as a result of this Agreement shall be litigated in Dade County, Florida.'
