Luster v. Collins

In Luster v. Collins (1993) 15 Cal.App.4th 1338, the court stated the rule thusly: "To support a claim of bias, a party must demonstrate the arbitrator had an interest in the subject matter of the arbitration or a preexisting business or social relationship with one of the parties which would color the arbitrator's judgment." (Id. at p. 1345.)
