People v. DaSilva

In People v. DaSilva (1989) 207 Cal. App. 3d 43, the defendant consented to a search of his trunk, but claimed that only one of the several closed containers in the truck was his. The court found that the defendant lacked standing to object to the search of the disowned containers. The Court in DaSilva did not hold that the defendant lacked standing to object to the search of the trunk.
