People v. Housman

In People v. Housman (1984) 163 Cal. App. 3d Supp. 43, the court concluded that an ordinance establishing preferential parking zones for city residents was rationally related to the city's social and environmental interests in encouraging reliance on car pools and mass transit, assuring convenient parking to residents who leave their cars at home during the day, and enhancing the quality of life in the city.
