People v. Nevill

In People v. Nevill (1985) 167 Cal. App. 3d 198, the appellate court found the circumstances of the killing, which involved 10 gunshots in rapid succession, each of which struck the victim, warranted the trial court's conclusion the crime involved viciousness, cruelty and or callousness, and was properly considered as a circumstance in aggravation of the defendant's sentence for his voluntary manslaughter conviction for the killing of his wife.
