In Pringle vs. La Chapelle (1999) 73 Cal.App.4th 1000, the court affirmed a trial court award of attorney fees on the grounds that the record was insufficient to show either that the attorney's dual representation was a serious breach of professional ethics or that there was an irreconcilable conflict between the clients.
