Skone v. Quanco Farms

In Skone v. Quanco Farms (1968) 261 Cal.App.2d 237, the court explained that a "partner who deals with partnership property" does not breach his or her fiduciary duties "if there has been a full and complete disclosure," meaning the partner "first discloses all of the facts surrounding the transaction to the other partners and secures their approval and consent." (Id. at p. 241.)
