Walsh v. Palma

In Walsh v. Palma (1984) 154 Cal. App. 3d 290, the court held evidence was sufficient to permit the trier of fact to find the presumption of fatherhood rebutted. In Walsh, the mother testified she was separated from her husband when the child was conceived. She had sexual relations with two other men during the likely conception period but not with her estranged husband. (Walsh v. Palma, 154 Cal. App. 3d at p. 294.)
