In In the Interest of A.S.M., 214 Ga. App. at 671-672 (1), the Court determined that a licensed social worker's testimony based on psychological tests she administered to the father was hearsay. These tests were interpreted by a clinical psychologist who did not testify at trial. Id. at 670. The social worker was prohibited by State law from interpreting the tests and knew nothing about the interpretation other than what she was told by the psychologist. Id.
