Krause v. Vance

In Krause v. Vance, 207 Ga. App. 615, 618 (5) (428 S.E.2d 595) (1993), a party sought to introduce evidence that the judges in two other lawsuits disagreed with his opponent's witness' testimony in those cases. Id. The Court held that the evidence "was incompetent for impeachment purposes because it did not contradict the witness' testimony in the instant case." Id.
