Dismissal of Amended Complaint Which Were Filed Several Times

In Cahill v. Eastern Benefit Systems, Inc., 236 Ill. App. 3d 517, 520, 603 N.E.2d 788, 177 Ill. Dec. 718 (1992), plaintiff filed a total of five complaints, before the trial court dismissed the case. Cahill, 236 Ill. App. 3d at 518 (trial court dismissed plaintiff's fourth amended complaint, which would have been their fifth filed complaint). See also Alpha School Bus Co., Inc., v.
