Dec. 825 (2002), the Fifth District addressed the venue provision of the Uniform Arbitration Act (710 ILCS 5/17 (West 1998)), which required court actions to be filed in the county where a previous arbitration hearing was held. Citing the Third District's holding in Mazur v. Quarters Designs, Inc., 248 Ill. App. 3d 873, 875, 619 N.E.2d 763, 764, 189 Ill.
