In In re Marriage of Lewis, 188 Ill. App. 3d 142, 544 N.E.2d 24, 135 Ill. Dec. 667 (1989), the Court held that the circuit court's award of attorney fees to the father was not an abuse of discretion where the circuit court found that the mother's repeated attempts at modification and her continual interference with the husband's visitation rights were vexatious and constituted harassment.
