People v. Galmore

People v. Galmore, 382 Ill. App. 3d 531, 889 N.E.2d 238, 321 Ill. Dec. 334 (2008) involved a $ 10,000 fine and a "gross disparity with the officers' testimony as to the amount and street-value of the recovered contraband. Further, the trial court accepted the State's formula that bore no relation to the sworn testimony." Galmore, 382 Ill. App. 3d at 535, 889 N.E.2d at 242.
