In re Conant Estate

In In re Conant Estate, 130 Mich App 493, 498; 343 NW2d 593 (1984) the Court found that the presumption of undue influence was rebutted by evidence that the decedent did not get along well with her children and did not intend to leave them much of her estate, that the decedent established the joint interest in her bank accounts while she was mentally alert, that the defendant provided both service and friendship to the decedent, and that the defendant never asked for reimbursement of the services she provided.
