Mabee v. Borden

In Mabee v. Borden, 316 N.J. Super. 218, 720 A.2d 342 (App.Div.1998) the Court held that the plaintiff had pled a viable cause of action under the intentional wrong exception where it was alleged that the employer had removed a safety device from a labeling machine which was installed after an earlier injury to an employee, and had utilized a bypass switch to provide greater access to the working parts of the machine. Id. at 233, 720 A.2d 342.
