Salem Group v. Oliver

In Salem Group v. Oliver, 248 N.J.Super. 265, 269, 590 A.2d 1194 (App.Div.1991), the policy at issue defined "recreational motor vehicle" as "a motorized golf cart, snowmobile, or any other motorized land vehicle owned by an insured designed for recreational use off public roads." The Court held that there was "no doubt" that defendant's ATV was a motor vehicle as defined by the policy. Ibid.
