Super. 488, 633 A.2d 1060 (Law Div.1993)the bank accepted a deed in lieu of foreclosure to the property in September 1982, at a time when $ 1,000,000 worth of construction work was yet to be completed. Although there had been advanced sales of some units, the primary construction work undertaken by the Bank was not completed until 1986, after which the property was first occupied.
