Agront v. City of New York

In Agront v. City of New York, 294 AD2d 189 [1st Dept 2002] the court granted the municipal defendant's motion for summary judgment, thereby dismissing plaintiff's claims for inter alia, false imprisonment on grounds that the statements of three eyewitnesses accusing plaintiff of a crime gave rise to sufficient probable cause to arrest him (id. at 189-190).
