In Blake v. Biscardi (62 AD2d at 977) the Court remanded the matter for a new trial because there was evidence that plaintiff had no prior dealings or experience in the real estate business, that plaintiff failed to consult an attorney, and that plaintiff's actions demonstrated an inequality in bargaining that made the agreement potentially unconscionable.
