Brown v. Murphy

In Brown v. Murphy. 43 A.D.2d 524, 348 N.Y.S.2d 777 (1st Dept. 1973) the Appellate Division held that it was error for an individual to testify about conversations he had with the chemist who prepared certain lab reports including the nature of the tests and that the chemist stated that the tests were considered conclusive.
