Campion v. Campion

Campion v. Campion, 32 A.D.3d 814 (2d Dept., 2006) involved a proceeding in which an attorney moved to hold his client in contempt, and/or the entry of a money judgment against the client, based on her failure to comply with a stipulation of settlement, made in open court, wherein she agreed to pay legal fees in the amount of $ 31,615.40 from the proceeds of certain marital property that she was to receive in equitable distribution, and the client cross moved to vacate that portion of the stipulation requiring her to pay said fees.
