Eslin v. County of Suffolk

In Eslin v. County of Suffolk, 18 AD3d 698 (2d Dept 2005) the Appellate Division, Second Department held that being thrown from horse, or horse acting in an unintended manner were dangers inherent in the sport of horseback riding and a horse back rider assumed risk of injury when she fell from a horse after the horse took off into gallop and rider's foot dislodged from stirrup.
