Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc., 1997 WL 7583 [S.D.N.Y. 1999]), the District Court reduced counsel's application for 489 hours at its then prevailing rates for a six day jury trial after subtracting time spent on an unsuccessful motion containing issues not intertwined with the successful issues of the case. The resulting award of $ 124,200.00 represented the inclusion and rate reduction of 453 billed attorney hours.
