Greene v. New York City Hous. Auth

In Greene v. New York City Hous. Auth. (283 AD2d 458 [2d Dept 2001]), the Appellate Division, Second Department, reversed the trial court's decision, which granted the plaintiff's motion to renew its motion, to vacate its default. The Court found that plaintiffs failed to provide any justification as to why they failed to present the new facts upon which their motion to renew was based to the court, on their prior motion.
